The VECTRA 3D software uses complex algorithms to identify common points in the image set and establish Cartesian coordinate information for each point, or vertex. The three dimensional information is processed using VECTRA 3D software to produce a rendered
model. Upon completion of the rendering the color surface texture is applied to the model.
The final model is geometrically and texturally representative of the actual subject. For a
typical face subject, the system is accurate to 1.2mm in all axes.
VECTRA H2 software captures 180° facial images, and both 180° and 360° body images. The
H2 automatically joins 3 photos of the face (left oblique, center and right oblique) to create a single ear to ear 3D images of the entire face. Additionally, the H2 automatically joins 3
photos of the body (left oblique, center and right oblique) to create 180° 3D breast images,
joins 4 photos of the body (left and right oblique of the front and left and right oblique of the back) to create 360° 3D body images, and joins 5 photos of the body (left oblique, center and right oblique of the front, and left and right oblique of the back) to create 360° 3D breast images.
