But how do we achieve the appearance of sharp definition and facial balance in the often irregular lower face and apply this to men and women when the angles and ratios differ between them? In this session, Dr Joshua Van der Aa will share his approach to effectively assessing and treating for the most elegant outcomes. He will address how to critically assess jawlines, chins and jowls to identify areas of volume deficit; sexual dimorphisms; harmonising with cheekbones and chins; managing expectations and the limitations of treatment.
